qualifications

A contestant shall be a person who: (a) is no less than 16.5 years and six month (sixteen and a half) on the Entry Date of the relevant State Pageant and no more than 26 (twenty-six) years of age on December 1 of the Relevant Year for Miss World America; and is no less than 13 (thirteen) on the Entry Date of the relevant State Pageant and and no more than 18 (eighteen) years of age on December 1 of the Relevant year.


If you are between ages of 16.5 and 18 years old, you have a choice of competing in either MWA or MTWA. The winner of MTWA though does not compete in Miss Teen World as there is no such competition for now, but that may change in the future.
